Hi my name is Nick Buontempo and I am a Growth and Transformation Coach.

I want to firstly thank you for taking the time to read this you're obviously someone who is either learning or wants to learn how to make changes in there life. I want to acknowledge you for that and applaud you for it also.

Not a lot of people take action on making changes they mostly just think about it or talk about it.

I would like to ask that you follow this through to the end keeping an open mind as I explain this concept to you as I know that this alone will help you on your personal development journey.

Q: "What is a habit?" 
A: A habit is a routine of behavior repeated regularly and occurs subconsciously and automatically without thinking.
Q: "How is a habit formed?" 
A: It is something that's done repeatedly with conscious intent until we no longer need to think about it or how it's done its just automatic.
Q: "Why is this important?" 
A: Well science has proven that 90 to 99% of what we think, do, say, how we act and react is a subconscious program or a habit that we've either been taught or learned through our environment our upbringing from our parents, culture, schools, family the city or country that we were born in.
Think about it if you were born in your neighbors house you would be a completely different person, right?
And the good news is that we can change that programing.

Using The Wheel Of Life Template To Identify All The Different Areas of Your Life

  • ​Family
  • ​Life Planning

  • ​Spritualy
And Then Setting Smart Goals In Each Of Those Areas
  • Specific; Goals that are specific have a significantly greater chance of being accomplished. To make a goal specific, Be clear on what you want.
  • Measurable; A SMART goal must have criteria for measuring progress. If there are no criteria, you will not be able to determine your progress and if you are on track to reach your goal.
  • Achievable; A SMART goal must be achievable and attainable. This will help you figure out ways you can realize that goal and work towards it. The achievability of the goal should be stretched to make you feel challenged, but defined well enough that you can actually achieve it.
  • Realistic; ​A SMART goal must be realistic in that the goal can be realistically achieved given the available resources and time. A SMART goal is likely realistic if you believe that it can be accomplished. 
  • Timely; A SMART goal must be time-bound in that it has a start and finish date. If the goal is not time-constrained, there will be no sense of urgency and, therefore, less motivation to achieve the goal. 
We would then look to what if any areas of your life you would like to work on. Then work at creating the new habits, patterns, behavior's and an action plan that you will need to be able to achieve that.

Then using the tools and strategies that I've learned through my training ill help you through that transition process from.
